I’ve had another article published at Associated Content. This one discusses the opportunities that the Olympics offer families for free and affordable entertainment — plus the valuable lessons that kids learn without knowing they’re being “taught”.

If you’re interested in Internet marketing and in launching a successful online business, you may do worse than to check out the new Internet Marketing Specialist Certification Course that the Internet Marketing Center has launched.
It’s an expert-led virtual training course that gives you all of the skills, support, motivation, and confidence you need to succeed online.
As far as I know, this Certification Program is the ONLY ebusiness training program available that offers a comprehensive three-level approach to building a business:
- Self-paced online learning based on a proven process
- Exclusive ebusiness learning software for implementing your
lessons
- A personal online support system with real-world experts
Developed by the experts at the Internet Marketing Center, everything in the Program is virtual, so you learn at your own pace, on your own schedule. But that doesn’t mean you’re on your own. You’ll complete homework, tests, and get feedback from online instructors.
The program is hands-on, so you’ll actually apply what you learn, as you learn it, to create your own profitable website. And you’ll use IMC’s exclusive ebusiness learning software to do the “heavy lifting” for you.
Then when you graduate (I’m told that some students complete the program in as little as one month), you’ll have a complete website already getting traffic.
You’ll also receive IMC’s “Certified Internet Marketing Specialist” credential, which qualifies you to charge lucrative consulting fees to help others start their websites.
And IMC even guarantees your results! If you don’t have a completed website already getting traffic by the time you graduate, they’ll refund your money.
In my opinion, this Certification Program is an answer to the frustration of trying to make money online on your own, and never making any progress.
If you are interested, this is a good time to investigate. At this time, IMC is offering a steep reduction on tuition fees. For now, you receive a reduction of $150.00. I don’t know how long they plan on offering this discount. It could end soon; it could go on forever.

Its Day Three already of the World Summit Tapping Event. This is a ten day event, free to register and free to view all video presentations.
Already we’ve heard presentations on clearing blocks to financial success, silencing the critic within, dealing with past psychological traumas and changing a negative self image. Some presentations include tapalongs, which are especially helpful.
Today’s two presentations are business related — addressing the emotional and psychological blocks that may be holding you back from business success.
It’s not too late to sign up. I’m listening every single day. It takes a bit of time two two twbut I figure I can’t afford not to.

I’ve just sold another article to Associated Content. This one is also about the Vancouver 2010 Olympics. It’s about the gawd-awful crowds and lineups that we see in downtown Vancouver, on Granville Island and elsewhere in the City.
The article is located at:
Olympic Crowds Congregate in Downtown Vancouver.

With the Olympics underway, and curling hitting the TV sports channels, I have come to realize that many people do not understand the game of curling.
I was raised in the heart of curling country It sometimes seemed that I spent much of my winters sitting in the local curling rink watching my Skip dad play for recreation or in bonspiels. I still have a set of carving knives that he won in a ‘spiel once. That was first prize. It was long ago and prizes were small back in those days.
Anyhow, given that curling seems to baffle a lot of people, I’ve created a Squidoo lens explaining the basics.

I’ve just published a Squdoo Page called Pushup Paula Demonstrates Pushups for People Who Can’t Do Pushups.
It’s written in a humorous fashion and intended for people who cannot do pushups, or think they can’t. People who are older, perhaps, or who are new to exercise and fitness programs.
Pushup Polly is my response to a challenge from one of my Tai Chi instructors at the North Shore Tai Chi Spirit Group. The class meets at the North Shore Neigborhood House, and its administered by the North Vancouver Recreation Commission.
Anyhow, this gal started an informal “pushup club” after our Tai Chi classes. She challenged me to do an article about pushups, given than my abilities are less than impressive.
This is it: Pushups for People Who Can’t Do Pushups

Associated Content has just published another one of my articles about the Vancouver 2010 Olympics.
You can read it at Vancouver Warms Up to the Olympics.
I describe the change in attitude that I see as Vancouverites and perhaps the rest of Canada get caught up in the excitement and put the former negative attitudes to rest.
Not that we have stopped complaining of course. Now we’re complaining that we can’t get a good enough look at the Olympic structures and so forth LOL

I’ve just written an article listing and describing five web sites that pay you for articles, videos and sometimes slide shows of photographs.
Depending on the site, you may be paid a flat sum for submitting an article, you may be paid by performance, or you may receive a share of revenues received through running ads with your articles.
Even better, all sites have some provisions for you to add at least one link to your web site.
In addition to making money directly, you benefit because you receive valuable do-follow backlinks to your site as well as increased traffic through clickthroughs.
Don’ have a web site? No problem.
Make a Squidoo Lens or a Hub Page and link to it instead.

I’ve just had another article posted at Associated Content. This one was an assigned article about attending an event at the Vancouver 2010 Olympics.
I attended a Victory Celebration on the 15th. By chance, it turned out to be the one in which Alexandre Bilodeau received his gold medal. It was a night I’ll long remember.
The article is at the following link:

I’ve just discovered HowHub. It’s another content sharing site where you can write articles and earn Adsense Revenue.
The articles must be how-to articles. The editorial guidelines are much the same as for most article directories or content sharing sites.
In other words, the articles must be original. They must not be advertisements for your products. You can provide a link to your web site in the resource box at the bottom. No promoting illegal activities or products, no hate, racism, etc.
I’ve signed up. Why not join me?
